For Europe the delivery time is approximately one week. Other global locations take in between two and three weeks to deliver. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in our web shop and will be visible on the checkout page after placing items in the shopping bag.
Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Goods can be exchanged or refunded, provided they are returned to us in an unused condition with their original packaging if arrangements are made by email within 30 days of receipt. Goods will be exchanged or refunded free of postage charges if the mistake is ours, otherwise postage charges will be charged at cost.We can ONLY accept returned goods if they are still of merchandisable quality. We will NOT accept returned goods if they have obviously been used. In particular this means we will NOT accept returned new bracelets or necklaces that show signs of wear as this renders them used and must be sold as such.
