Just like the original prayer bracelet the adjustable version also has 33 knots and a divider cross bead featuring the Holy Virgin Mary, also called the Holy Theotokos.

But the key feature this new version has is the fact that the size can be adjusted. By pulling on the ropes you can make the bracelet tighter or looser around the wrist.
